Shipping Within New Zealand
We currently ship across both the North Island and South Island, including rural and offshore areas such as Waiheke Island.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, and standard delivery takes approximately 2–4 business days.
For rural or offshore addresses, please allow an additional 1–2 business days for delivery.
All parcels are shipped via CourierPost, and a tracking number will be provided once your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates vary depending on your location within New Zealand. You will be able to view the exact delivery charge during checkout.
Free shipping is available on all orders over $100 NZD (before shipping and taxes).
Additional Notes
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Most of our products are health supplements and Manuka honey, which are naturally stable and non-perishable. However, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place upon arrival.
- If your order arrives damaged or if your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us at lyprinol.sales@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
